CALEXICO, California. – On December 19, 2022, officers with the Calexico Police Department responded to Rockwood Elementary in reference to a subject prowling on school property.
The subject was located down the street and was identified as 44-year-old Carlos RUEDAS.
RUEDAS was taken into custody for a previous pending case of attempted commercial burglary. That incident was captured of surveillance footage.
