Yuma, Arizona. – The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan ahead for following lane restrictions along Interstate 8 in Yuma from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, and Friday, Feb. 10:
Westbound I-8 between Pacific Avenue (milepost 3) and Avenue 4E (milepost 5) will be reduced to one lane.
The speed limit will be reduced to 55 mph.
A 14-foot width restriction will be in place.
Maintenance crews are scheduled to repair the guardrail.
Drivers should plan for delays, obey posted speed limits and traffic control devices and use caution around construction personnel.
