SAN LUIS, Arizona. – This week on Monday November 28, 2022, Mayor Nieves Riedel was formally sworn-in by Judge Juan M. Guerrero after winning the 2022 Primary Elections in August. She was joined by her supporters alongside Former Mayor Joe Harper.
Mayor Nieves Riedel, a successful businesswoman in South Yuma County, has been a resident of San Luis, Arizona, for over 20 years. She has helped over 3,000 families in our community become homeowners through her construction company she started with her late husband more than 30 years ago.
Currently, her top priority and what she has been working on is the safety and well being of our residents, community members, and visitors.
