YUMA, Arizona.- The United States Army Test and Evaluation Command is posting this advertisement for the subject position.

The chosen candidate will serve as an Executive Assistant supporting the Command Group at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ.

A selection will be made soon after the closing date. Selection of this position will be made permanent at the NK-0303-03. *There is NO immediate pay change with a reassignment if selected.

Job Responsibilities:
-Provides direct executive administrative support to the Command Group in the planning, operations and execution of developmental tests.
-Responsible for the performance and coordination of all administrative management and procedural functions for the Command Group.
-Establish priorities for appointments, meeting invitations and representation at all levels for staff leaders.
-Determine nature of communication across all levels, such as official, personal or semi-official correspondence.
-Communicate both over the phone and in person to all visitors requesting information or looking for guidance.
-Advise personnel on administrative and procedural issues.
-Coordinate travel requirements such as travel orders, meeting agendas, transportation and housing reservations and car rentals.
-Coordinate arrangements for conferences, such as location, agendas, attendance lists and meeting materials for command staff.

Conditions of Employment:

-Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
-This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
-Travel away from the normal duty station is required up to 5% of the time.
