Calexico, California. – On September 15, 2023, officers responded to the 500 block of Bowker Road in reference to a reckless driver doing donuts on the street.
Upon arrival officers located a collision scene. The same driver had lost control of his vehicle, drove through a fence, and collided into a parked RV.
The driver was identified as Jesus Franco, a Holtville resident. Jesus was subsequently taken into custody for DUI.
Speed limits, stop signs and red lights are not just recommendations.
