Arizona Department of Public Safety joins searching for a missing man

PHOENIX, Arizona.- A Silver Alert has been issued for Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office after a gentleman named Edward Holmes went missing on Sunday, September 4, 2022, on 10:45 am.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety joined the searching with Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office as they are looking for white male, Edward Holmes, Height, 6 foot 2 inches, weight, 200 pounds, hair, white, eyes, hazel.
Last seen at the Fountain Park Hotel located at 12800 N Saguaro Blvd in Fountain Hills, Arizona driving a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica, Arizona License Plate, A C B 1 1 0 9.
Edward Holmes may have traveled to the Peoria area near 75th Avenue and Greenway.
Mr. Holmes date of birthday is December 3, 1944.

A Silver Alert is activated when a person with specific cognitive or developmental disabilities, as defined by statute, or a person the age of 65 or older goes missing. Prior to June 2018, this only applied to persons over 65.
The purpose of the Silver Alert program is to establish a notification system that provides immediate information to the public through issuing and coordinating alerts using various resources following a subject «gone missing» when specific criteria has been met.
